Unfortunately, if items you added to an EBSCO folder are no longer there, there is no way to recover them. Here are a couple things to keep in mind when using EBSCO folders.

  1. Unlike PubMed, which will save your history on the computer you are working on for up to eight hours, EBSCO will not save your history once your browser is closed. After 30 minutes of idle time, EBSCO typically requires the user to re-access the website.
  2. To save items to an EBSCO folder and access them at a later time, you must create a My EBSCOhost account. This account is not tied to your UNMC Net ID. After you create this account, you must log in to it each time you search in order to save your searches and folder items.
