Q. I'm trying to access the library's wi-fi, but I can't seem to log on. What do I do?


There are times when connection to the Guest or TK-421 wireless networks is difficult. First, walk to other areas of the library and test access. If that does not work, wait about 15 minutes and try again. Also consult the wireless setup procedures, linked below. If access has not yet been restored, contact the ITS Help Desk at 402-559-7700 and let them know about the problem and the steps you have taken.
