If you clicked a publisher button (Elsevier, Springerlink, Wiley, etc.) instead of the GetIt@UNMC button, the library may not subscribe to the journal. The best method to find out if the library subscribes to a title is to click the GetIt@UNMC button.
Verify the date range of the library's subscriptions. This is listed in the library catalog's entry for the journal after you click the GetIt@UNMC button. The article you are looking for might not be included in the library's subscription package.
Verify that you are signed in to OpenAthens on the publisher's webpage. Look for an institutional log in or OpenAthens sign in and use your net ID and password.
