Q. When I use Writen-n-Cite to format my in-text citations and create a bibliography, the citations and bibliography appear in the wrong font. Can you help?

Answer

I think I can help you get your in-text citations in the correct font and font size.  The font used for the in-text citations and bibliography font produced by Write-n-Cite/RefWorks is determined by the Word default font.  You can change the default for a single Word document or all documents.

I would start by saving your document ("save as") with a new name so that whatever happens after you make the changes outlined below, the original document will still be available unchanged : - ).

In the new document, on the Home tab, click the Font Dialog Box Launcher (#1 in figure).
In the "Font" dialog box, click the Font tab.

Select the options that you want to apply to the default font (#2 in figure), such as font style and font size.  Click the "Set As Default" button (#3 in figure).  You may be asked whether you want to apply the changes to the single document or all documents or you may be asked to okay the change.
