Q. UptoDate Mobile Needs Reverification

Answer

If you are accessing UpToDate on your mobile device and it is requesting validation, log in to the UpToDate website from a computer (not a mobile device).  The mobile app requires that you do this once every 30 days to verify your UNMC status.

Once you've done this you can go back to using the mobile app.
