The UNMC and Nebraska Medicine workforce and UNMC students should use the eduroam network, which is accessible by logging in with UNMC credentials.
Medcenter Wi-Fi is a closed wireless network and offers faster speeds and security. It is meant for UNMC issued devices only. One-time setup is required and you will use your UNMC NetID and Password for this setup.
Guest WiFi, called MedCenter Guest, allows users to access the internet with the following methods:
- Using UNMC credentials, which will grant access for several months at a time or per session
- A Facebook account, which will grant a 12-hour session
- Registering a temporary account, which will grant a 12-hour session
