Package inserts ( also known as PPI, PPIs, Physician's Prescribing Information) are manufacturer-specific, and, as such, are great sources of information about inactive ingredients (excipients).

PPIs for most brand-name and generic drugs and some supplements are available through DailyMed.

PPI's for some brand-name drugs are available in the Physician's Desk Reference (PDR).  We do not have online access to the PDR, but the Library does have the current, printed, book version available for check out.
