If the firewall of your workplace internet connection or your ISP is set to block proxy servers, you will get a 'page cannot be displayed' type of error when trying to authenticate into library resources.
The first thing that you can try is a new browser. Firefox, Chrome, and Safari are good alternatives to Edge. Try deleting your cache and cookies as well. If you still cannot access library resources off campus, email askus@unmc.edu with the details of your issue and we will continue troubleshooting.
