PubMed does not have an app, but does have a mobile version of its site. The URL is http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/. Please note that the library's full-text is not linked.
You can also search MEDLINE, which is the database behind PubMed, through EBSCO, which has a mobile interface and a downloadable app.
