• If you clicked a publisher button (Elsevier, Springerlink, Wiley, etc.) instead of the GetIt@UNMC button, the library may not subscribe to the journal. The best method to find out if the library subscribes to a title is to click the GetIt@UNMC button.
• Verify the date range of the library's subscriptions. This is listed in the library catalog's entry for the journal after you click the GetIt@UNMC button.  The article you are looking for might not be included in the library's subscription package.
• Verify that you are signed in to OpenAthens on the publisher's webpage.  Look for an institutional log in or OpenAthens sign in and use your net ID and password.
