The FDA produces an online resource called the "Orange Book" (see link below this FAQ entry).  To get a list of the various forms of a drug that have been tested for therapeutic equivalence, search by active ingredient using the generic name of the drug of interest.  Read the TE code definitions carefully before interpreting information from the Orange Book.  As of 07/03/12, the code definitions can be found about half way down the webpage located via the links below (TE Code definitions)
