I think I can help you get your in-text citations in the correct font and font size. The font used for the in-text citations and bibliography font produced by Write-n-Cite/RefWorks is determined by the Word default font. You can change the default for a single Word document or all documents.
I would start by saving your document ("save as") with a new name so that whatever happens after you make the changes outlined below, the original document will still be available unchanged : - ).
In the new document, on the Home tab, click the Font Dialog Box Launcher (#1 in figure). In the "Font" dialog box, click the Font tab.
Select the options that you want to apply to the default font (#2 in figure), such as font style and font size. Click the "Set As Default" button (#3 in figure). You may be asked whether you want to apply the changes to the single document or all documents or you may be asked to okay the change.
