To uninstall WNC 4 for Mac:

1) Remove any existing files from /Users//Library/Application Support/RefWorks This directory includes the properties file, db file, and log files and is located in (****=computer owner's name):

 /Users/*******/Library/Application Support/RefWorks

This may be hidden on your Mac. If so an easy way to get here is select Go/Go to Folder… from the menu and then enter

~/Library/Application Support/RefWorks

2) Remove any old add-in bundles from:

/Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Office/Startup/Word/
