Children's Nebraska has a suite of online resources and journals available to them through their virtual library.
When they ILL and have access to the journal, their request is cancelled and they are directed to their virtual library and to contact AskUs with questions.
Direct them to their virtual library and click on the Online Books and Journal links. AskUs can access a list of EBSCO publications to help guide them to full text, but AskUs won't be able to access full text. If they continue to have problems, let ILL know the person's name and article title so they can fill the request for them and alert Collection Development if it is an access issue.
